Energy Performance Certificate:
Further to our recent phone conversation today. I write to confirm that an appointment has been made for our assessor to inspect the above property on Wednesday 17th January. The assessors name is Derek Smith, and he will arrive between 10am and 12pm. All of our assessors carry identification cards!
The inspection will take about 30 to 40 minutes, and access will be required to all parts of the property, which includes central heating boiler, electricity meter, gas meter, roof voids, and internally and externally areas of the property.
I confirm that a fee of £75 has been agreed for providing an Energy Performance Certificate. The certificate will be sent to you, and your estate agent, within two working days of visit.
Please find attached a copy of our terms, and conditions for providing this service, which you should read carefully. If, you are happy to accept the terms, and conditions please sign, and email a copy back to us. We will not be able to supply our services until the signed terms, and conditions has been received.
I also enclose a brief questionnaire about the property, which will help the assessor prepare for the inspection. I would be grateful if you could complete it, and return it with the completed terms and conditions.
